No, CBD will not give you a “high” effect. CBD is non-psychoactive extracted from the hemp plant that contains less than 0.3% THC, which the US Federal government recognizes as non-intoxicating. Flower of Life CBD products uses an extraction process eliminating all traces of THC, while still leaving all cannabinoids in-tact. 

The Federal government recognizes that industrial hemp has less than 0.3% THC, making it exempt from the Controlled Substances Act, and therefore, legal. In December 2018, the Farm Bill was signed which protects the use, possession, and sale of hemp-derived CBD products within the United States. 

CBD Isolate is made from 99% pure CBD and is the only cannabinoid present, leaving it colorless, tasteless, and contains 0% THC. 

Broad Spectrum CBD is extracted from the stems and stalks of the hemp plant. It is considered “full-spectrum” because it incorporates CBD and all other beneficial cannabinoids, natural terpenes, amino acids, and vitamins as nature intended. This results in a darker color, natural hemp taste, and less than 0.3% THC.

All Flower of Life CBD products are completely THC free except for our hemp cans and hemp pre-rolls. Our cans and pre-rolls are under the legal limit of 0.3% THC, however, there is no guarantee that this will not show up on a drug test as there are still minimal traces of THC. It would depend on how much and how often you smoke and varies by individual.  There are some testing facilities that screen for a spectrum of cannabinoids, which could trigger a false positive. If this concerns you, we suggest contacting the testing facility and asking what cannabinoids they test for. 

Hemp and marijuana come from the same plant family. The difference between the two is the level of THC; hemp plants contain no more than 0.3% THC, plants above that level are considered marijuana. 

Yes, all of our products are made with organic ingredients. 

No, our CBD products are tested by a third-party lab for pesticides, microbials, mycotoxins, solvents, and potency to ensure they are contaminant free.

There is no sugar in our tinctures, soft gels, topicals, or lip balm. A 10 pack of gummy bears contain 2g of sugar. We do not add sugar to our jams, the sweet taste comes from the natural sugars in the fruit.

We do carry hemp CBD flower cans and hemp CBD flower pre-rolls that contain under 0.3% THC, which is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, ALL of our other products are completely THC free.
